✅ Cancellation of Game Participation:

• Once a game has started, cancellation is not allowed and the entry fee is non-refundable.
• If a user registers for a paid game and fails to join before the timer runs out, the seat will be forfeited and the entry fee will not be refunded.
• In case of any technical issues on our side (server crash, network failure), the game will be cancelled, and the entry fee may be refunded as per the investigation outcome.

⚠️ Cancellation of Withdrawal Requests:

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processed.
• If a user wants to cancel a withdrawal before it is processed, they must contact support within 1 hour of placing the request.
