  • If a game is cancelled due to server error, or any verified technical issue on our end, the entry fee will be refunded automatically to the user’s wallet.
  • In case of duplicate payment or incorrect deduction, users must raise a refund request within 24 hours of the transaction.

📝 Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, users should:

Refund processing time: 5-7 working days
Refund mode: Credited back to the same wallet or payment method used.

🚫 No Refund Scenarios:

  • Incomplete games due to user-side internet issues are not eligible for a refund.
  • Suspended or banned accounts are not entitled to refunds.
